We decided that glass chards in our living room or on our patio was maybe not the safest for our guests,  Mona (our marvelous bouvier des flandres) or even for us.
In October 2012, we embarked on converting an outbuilding in our fabulous backyard  into a proper studio for our glass mosaic art.  It has turned into a faboalous work space that looks onto our swamp that is the home to a blue heron, many bull frogs, an otter, ducks and many more creatures.  This nature-suffused retreat is very conducive to creating our light-filled glass-on-glass mosaics!
